Immaculate, modern accommodations with a fabulous hot tub and stunning sea views. The friendly staff made our stay unforgettable. Breakfast offered a vast choice of quality food.

During our stay, we experienced several disappointments. The internet connection in the room was quite poor, which was frustrating as we expected better in a 4-star hotel. the bathroom amenities were lacking, and we faced noise issues from the ventilation that made it uncomfortable during the night. Lastly, the dining options were limited, which made selecting meals quite challenging.

The shower had temperature fluctuations that could be annoying. some staff interactions felt dismissive, particularly at check-in which took far too long, around 30 minutes. A staff member in the bar seemed rude when we had questions. It was disheartening to see the slow service overshadow the generally friendly atmosphere. Wi-Fi in the room was quite inconsistent, which is not ideal for a four-star hotel. Small things like no kettle for tea or coffee in the room added to the discomfort. Despite the inconveniences, I appreciated the attentive food staff and the overall cleanliness of the common areas.
